About Me

I'm a woman who has been making many important discoveries about life and myself.  I've discovered that I have a deep-seated need to be creative, express myself, write, and share what I've learned with others.

My journey has been interesting, to say the least, and I have found that I learn the most when I push through the hard or scary stuff.  All of my life experiences have been necessary for me to get where I am now and I am embrace it all.

I hope that what I share might help someone else, or at least make them feel less alone.

I believe a sense of humor is one of the greatest tools we can all carry in our survival kits.  For me, it has been a lifeline to sanity.

I believe in the power of a smile, a hug or a few kinds words.

I am Phoenicia Ashe...as in the Phoenix rising from the ashes.
